Back to work

I've been away from my beloved blog for almost a year now and I've missed it!  I've missed my wonderful, supportive readers especially.  So sorry for the extended absence.

Just because this blog has been stagnant, does not mean that I have been!

I'm still working away on my graduate studies slowly, but surely:

One of my fellow students said something along the lines of "graduate school is all about endurance".  I'm starting to think that he is right!

I have been knitting sweaters:

Because you can never have too many sweaters right?

I have been obsessed with finding the perfect granola recipe:

Please share your favorite if you have one, I've been inspired by this Buzzfeed post.

I have been learning bookmaking:

Using recycled materials mostly as I practice and learn more.

Kitty is snoozing away as always:

It's hard work being a kitty.

Plus so much more I hope to share with you very soon!

  3. It's so good to see you around again! Your sweater-in-progress looks beautiful, and so does your handsewn book - I was just thinking the other day that I want to get back into book arts; it's just so calming and fulfilling.

Looking forward to what you have to share with us next!

  10. So good to see you back in your space. I checked from time to time but figured you were bogged down in school work. Glad to see you've been busy but with other things as well!

  15. Gah!!! This is what I get for not paying attention to my "friends blog posts" feed in Ravelry. At least now I have a good number of posts to enjoy as I catch up. :) Welcome back!!! I've missed your posts, and sent good thoughts your way, hoping that your graduate studies were going well. So looking forward to your catch up posts!
